Cake Recipe

Cake Chocohazelnut


Ingredients :
- 200 gr sugar, puree
- 300 gr butter
- 7 eggs
- 5 eggs egg white


Butter Cream Ingredients :
- 100 gr sugar, puree
- 250 gr of white butter
- 25 ml sweetened condensed milk

Topping :
- 250 gr block of chocolate, melted
- 200 gr peanuts hazelnuts, toasted
- Caramel

How to Make :
1. Prepare a square baking pan and set aside basting with butter
2. cake: Beat sugar and butter until smooth. Enter the egg yolks, beat until blended.Enter the flour mix until blended.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, msukan into flour mixture, stirring until blended.
4. Pour batter into pan and bake in oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until cooked Lift.
5. Butter Cream: Beat sugar and all ingredients until smooth
6. Cut the cake with 5x15cm size, basting with the entire surface of cake with buttercream until blended.
7. Arrange beans on a hazelnut chocolate cake and then pour the cake surface to the average closing, let stand until chocolate frozen
8. Garnish with caramel
9. Ready to Serve
